Monday...I'm going to kick your a.......

So in my recent posts I've talked about change and I feel like I took a few baby steps toward it last week, this week I'm feeling good about hitting the ground running and taking some big steps and maybe even a couple of leaps towards achieving my change. Say a prayer, I'm not good at taking charge so this is a bit scary for me.
                           
One of my changes is taking better care of myself more gym time, eating healthier and less stress.
I also want to have less laptop time and more qt with my Joe and more time to read.
So tomorrow I want to go for a walk/jog on my break, hit the gym and have a yummy dinner on the deck with Joe.
